Tasks are varied and include:



Leading and developing a team of advisory officers.
Interpreting collective agreements and legislation to ensure compliance.
Contributing to campaign planning from an end-user perspective.

In this role you will work with a team to empower and support members with accurate, timely advice to resolve individual and workplace issues. These can be complex questions involving rates of pay, industrial legislation and union workplace issues.

Your excellent leadership skills, sound judgement, great communication skills and good knowledge of call centre operations will contribute to instilling members with confidence and inspiring your team.

You will also work closely with staff in the campaign team to identify trends in contact, and to contribute to preparation for major activities that will have an impact on the team like collective agreement negotiations.
