Our Industrial Officers are there when members need help to resolve workplace or professional issues. They provide advocacy, advice and representation. You have a genuine ability to support working people, particularly during some of their biggest career challenges.


The role involves:


Receiving referrals to resolve matters that can’t be managed at a low level.

Attending online or in person meetings to provide advocacy and support

Balancing your caseload to provide effective support


You will need to be based from our Hamilton office. This role often requires travel and the region you would travel in would be around Waikato/Rotorua/Bay of Plenty and Gisbourne. You will need to demonstrate that you hold a full driver’s licence.
