Incorrect Subs Rates

Your subscription rates are based on your gross (before tax and deductions) income. You can check your income against the current rates here

If your income has changed, or you believe your subscription rates need adjusting please provide the details below and the membership team will be in touch.

Pause Membership

If you are going on leave without pay or parental leave from a position you are entitled to return to we can put your subscriptions on hold for a time.

If you are going on leave without pay or parental leave from a position you are entitled to return to we can put your subscriptions on hold for a time. Select "Put my membership on hold" from the options above.

To cancel your membership, please complete this form

The notice period for resignation of membership 1 month. In practice this will be a 4 week notice period, because membership payments are aligned with fortnightly salary deductions. Because of this, the date you select for cancellation of your membership must be at least 4 weeks from now.

If you are paying your subscriptions by direct debit or recurring credit/debit card payments we will stop the payments with the bank for you. We will also organise cancellation of Edpay payroll deductions and cancel future invoices if you are paying via invoice. You will need to orgnanise cancellation of payments if you are making payment through automatic payment or a payroll deduction other than Edpay.
