Accommodation Cancellation: (a) All cancellations or amendments must be received in writing.
(b) Penalty charges applicable for rooms cancelled inside of 30 days prior to arrival will be billed to the “Client”. In the event of a delegate “No Show” on the confirmed date of arrival 100% of the total accommodation cost will be charged for the full duration of the stay.

Accommodation Cancellation: Amendments may be made (and, where applicable, cancellation charges may be incurred) in accordance with the following:
(a) Within thirty (30) days before Hotel Arrival Date – Any Room Night Cancelled or subject to a ‘No-Show’ will incur a cancellation fee equal to the total number of room nights cancelled at the accommodation rate quoted and confirmed for the relevant room type cancelled.
(b) You must provide to the Hotel written updates on guestroom status (i.e. number of guests and room types required) at one hundred and twenty (120), ninety (90), sixty (60) and thirty (30) days before arrival. Failure to do so may result in your booking(s) being cancelled.

Accommodation Cancellation: Cancellation Policy 4.1 The Client may cancel the entire reservation by providing written notice to the Hotel at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. 4.2 If the Client does not comply with clause 4.1 above, the Client will be liable to the Hotel for the payment of a cancellation fee equal to 75% of the total booking cost. 4.3 If the Client complies with clause 4.1 above, the Client will not be liable to the Hotel for any cancellation fees. 4.4 Any deposit paid by the Client shall be non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation notice period. 4.5 The Client agrees that the Hotel in previously guaranteeing availability may have turned away other opportunities and incurred administrative charges. Charges applied are based on both displacement and administrative considerations. 5. No Show Policy 5.1 A reservation that is guaranteed by prepayment or with approved credit facilities and is neither cancelled nor taken up by the Client will be treated as a cancellation and incur a no-show charge of 100% of the total cost of the accommodation. In such a situation any further nights included in the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
